Upon arrival in Govindghat, check in at the hotel and rest, preparing for the upcoming trek.
Begin your trek towards Ghangaria, the base camp for Hemkunt Sahib and Valley of Flowers. The journey takes you through stunning forests, gushing streams, and picturesque meadows. Ponies and porters are available for those who need assistance. Upon reaching Ghangaria, check in at the guesthouse and rest for the night.
Start early for the steep but soul-enriching trek to Hemkunt Sahib (4,632 meters). The breathtaking trail is surrounded by snow-covered peaks, vibrant flowers, and crystal-clear waterfalls. Upon reaching the Hemkunt Sahib Gurudwara, take a holy dip in the glacial Sarovar, attend Ardas, and immerse yourself in divine peace. After seeking blessings, descend back to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, trek back to Govindghat, enjoying the scenic beauty one last time. If time permits, visit the Valley of Flowers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its exotic flora. Upon reaching Govindghat, board your vehicle and begin the return journey towards Rishikesh or Haridwar, carrying with you the spiritual energy and unforgettable memories of Hemkunt Sahib.
